The beauty of ladyfish

I like ladyfish, that's right I said it . I don't care what kind of backlash I get from people. Let's face it, no matter if it's cold, windy, or both, which this winter has been everyday, the ladyfish are there to fill our needs for a tug. I have caught a lot of slack lately because I don't update this blog often enough. My excuse is always that I like to incorporate pictures into my post and winter time does not give me many opportunities for pictures. I can only tell you guys so many times that I caught more pompano, trout, bluefish, spanish mackerel, and ladyfish. That's what I have to deal with in the winter. I've said it a hundred times, winter time is fun fishing while spring and summer is exciting fishing. Nonetheless, I have decided to show you that ladyfish can be beautiful and should be respected. I have had countless clients that have had loads of fun catching ladyfish, let's face it, these fish run fast, jump, and eat flies readily! Sounds like a good combo to me. The only downside to ladyfish is for some reason they can't control their bowels when being landed but, nothing a small hand towel can't fix. So get out and enjoy some ladyfish someday, you'll be glad you did.

She's no lady when she poops in the boat, and she usually does.

Nice shots bro.
Well done.
Ah, the lady ...
Lady, When you're with me I'm smiling
Give me all your love
Your fins build me up when I'm sinking
Touch me and my troubles all fade.
